Cardinal Staffing is partnering with an innovative, world-changing factory in Lansing, Michigan to offer entry-level manufacturing positions. This production company specializes in creating large industrial sized fans for agricultural and horticultural ventilation systems. We offer rewarding career opportunities with long-term potential and excellent benefits! 1st shift production positions are starting at $17/hr. with raises available at 30, 60, and 90 days with additional pay increases upon hire in.

• Creating and producing the parts for large, industrial ventilation fans
• Creating and producing the housing units for the large fans
• Building pallets to ship the large items
• Production and manufacturing
• Shipping and receiving
