On Site Recruiter

This position is a full-cycle recruiter focused on attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality professionals. The role includes sourcing, outreach, candidate evaluation, and relationship-building to support company growth. You will promote the company’s culture, compensation, and career opportunities while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through Linked In, Indeed, referrals, social media, and industry networking, etc.
• Actively make outbound calls, text, voicemails and outreach to attract top mortgage talent
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Evaluate candidates for experience, culture fit, communication, and production potential
• Schedule and coordinate interviews to interview possible candidates
• Maintain and update recruiting pipeline and candidate tracker daily
• Follow up consistently with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process
• Promote Mortgage Depot’s culture, growth opportunities, compensation, and work environment
• Send Offer Letters
• Work closely with leadership to identify hiring needs and help grow the company with high quality talent

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales is preferred
• Strong outbound calling and candidate sourcing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to evaluate candidates for experience, culture fit, and potential
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with Linked In, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and pipeline management
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build relationships and engage candidates effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Mortgage or financial services recruiting experience is a plus
