Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager – Operations & Human Resources to oversee office administration, operational functions, and human resources initiatives across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all HR functions, including employee benefits, performance management, policy administration, compliance, and employee relations.
- Driving employee engagement programs and overseeing day-to-day office and people management activities.
- Ensuring compliance with U.S. employment regulations, labor laws, and immigration requirements.
- Managing facilities, supporting internal and external audits, and coordinating corporate events and special initiatives.
- Providing operational and HR support for both V2
Soft and the affiliated distillery business owned by the CEO.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Operations, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, HR policies, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Solid understanding of U.S. labor and immigration regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) strongly preferred.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively balance strategic HR initiatives with operational excellence while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.
