Description
Lead and execute Indwe's people strategy to enable business growth, organisational performance and long-term sustainability. Partner with the CEO, Executive Team and business leaders to build leadership capability, strengthen organisational effectiveness, shape culture, develop talent and ensure commercially sound, compliant and future-focused people practices.

- Post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Behavioural Science or Business Management
- Relevant qualifications in labour relations, organisational development, change management or leadership
- 7 - 10 Years
- Post Graduate HR Degree an advantage
- Qualification in labour relations, organisational development, change management or leadership
- 8 - 10 years' experience in Human Resources, Human Capital or People Management roles
- At least 5 years' experience in a senior HR leadership role
- Proven experience partnering with executive leadership teams to deliver talent, culture and organisational outcomes
- Demonstrated experience leading organisational change, succession planning and leadership development
- Experience with in financial services or a regulated environment will be advantageous
- Develop and execute a people strategy aligned to Indwe's business objectives and growth priorities
- Partner with the CEO and Executive Team to ensure talent, leadership, workforce and organisational capability support the business strategy
- Provide strategic advice on people-related opportunities, risks and organisational decisions
- Ensure the People strategy enables business growth through effective talent, leadership, reward and culture practices
- Lead strategic workforce planning to ensure the organisation has the sales, advisory, leadership and specialist capabilities it requires
- Drive talent management, succession planning and leadership development across the organisation
- Build a sustainable leadership pipeline and strengthen organisational capability to support future business needs
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies that enhance professional, technical and leadership capability
- Ensure learnership, internship and graduate development programmes create meaningful talent pipelines
- Partner with business leaders to build a high-performing brokerage sales and advisory organisation
- Ensure the organisation attracts, develops and retains high-performing and high-potential employees
- Lead organisational design, workforce optimisation, change management and transformation initiatives
- Shape and strengthen a high-performance culture aligned to Indwe's values and leadership expectations
- Drive employee engagement, wellness, inclusion and organisational effectiveness initiatives
- Lead the implementation of Employment Equity, transformation and diversity objectives across the organisation
- Develop and evolve reward, recognition and remuneration strategies that support business performance
- Ensure remuneration models remain market relevant, commercially sustainable and aligned to organisational priorities
- Embed performance management practices that promote accountability, differentiation and continuous improvement
- Partner with business leaders to ensure reward and incentive structures support strategic growth objectives
- Strengthen and maintain a compelling employee value proposition that enhances attraction and engagement
- Provide executive oversight of employee relations, labour matters and employment-related risk
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour legislation, internal policies and governance requirements
- Promote consistent, fair and commercially sound people practices across the organisation
- Monitor people-related risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to protect the organisation
- Oversee the effective delivery of people services, systems, processes and programmes across the employee lifecycle
- Leverage workforce data, analytics and insights to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
- Establish meaningful people metrics and dashboards that enable proactive management of workforce performance
- Monitor and report on key people metrics, organisational capability, talent, engagement and workforce trends
- Drive operational excellence, service effectiveness and continuous improvement within the People function
