We’re Hiring:
Recruiter | 1+ Year of Experience Fully onsite role – Bloomfield Hills, MI

Maybe you’ve spent the last year or two recruiting in light industrial, manufacturing, skilled trades, professional staffing or a little bit of everything. You’ve learned how to source, screen, manage candidates, juggle multiple openings, and keep things moving when priorities change by the hour. Now you’re ready for more.

We’re looking for a recruiter who wants the opportunity to expand their experience and recruit across multiple divisions, industries, and markets, both locally and nationally. Someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and gets excited about figuring out a new role.

You don’t need to be an expert in every industry. You do need to be curious enough to become one.

This is not a recruiter role where you’ll be stuck hiring the same position over and over again.

Depending on the needs of the business, you could be recruiting across:

• Engineering & Manufacturing
• Information Technology
• Accounting & Finance
• Professional Services
• Skilled Trades
• Operations & Supply Chain
• Corporate and specialized positions
• Local Michigan opportunities and national searches

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience
• Staffing agency experience preferred
• Light industrial, manufacturing, skilled trades, or high-volume recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills
• Comfortable working on multiple positions at once
• Ability to pivot quickly between different roles and industries
• Someone who can clearly explain their recruiting process and how they find great candidates
• Competitive, coachable, organized, and willing to learn

You like recruiting but don’t want to be boxed into one niche.

You’re the type of recruiter who can go from talking to a manufacturing candidate in the morning to sourcing an IT professional or accounting candidate that afternoon.

You enjoy learning new industries, tackling challenging searches, and becoming the person people can count on when a tough position needs to be filled.

• Fully onsite to start – 5 days per week in Bloomfield Hills, MI
• Ability to earn 2 WFH days through meeting metrics
