The HRBP collaborates with leaders to drive business strategy through HR, covering employee relations, counseling, corrective action, labor relations, performance management and engagement. Full-Time or 1.0 FTE (80 hours biweekly).
Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred. 5+ years HR experience recommended; HR certification preferred.
