Required Qualifications- 5 years delivering technical HR, Time, and Payroll solutions (SAP, Success Factors, WFS, ATOSS, or equivalent T&A platforms).
- Strong experience managing technical integrations between HR, T&A, and payroll systems.
- Hands‑on knowledge of:
- Time evaluation rules
- Pay rules and wage type processing
- Shift patterns, accrual engines, scheduling
- Payroll schemas and tax calculations
- Familiarity with middleware/API technologies (SAP CPI, Boomi, SFTP, IDocs, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Experience working with multiple vendors and global stakeholders.
