Marketlab is seeking a Senior Net Suite Systems Analyst & Administrator to join the Applications & Data team and serve as the most experienced internal Net Suite functional resource. Net Suite is newly implemented at Marketlab, and this role will play a critical role in stabilizing the platform, troubleshooting issues, and guiding the organization through the early stages of ERP adoption.

This role is not the only position supporting Net Suite and is not a Net Suite Developer role.

The Senior Net Suite Systems Analyst & Administrator will work closely with other Net Suite administrators, analysts, developers, and partners. Within this team model, this role provides senior functional leadership, deep Net Suite expertise, and sound judgment, advising on solution design and partnering in a structured review process before changes are approved and executed.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and hands‑on Net Suite experience to triage issues, identify root causes across configuration, process, data, integrations, and transactional outputs, and support the delivery of a structured enhancement backlog over the next several years.

This is a hands‑on senior functional analyst role, not a software development position. The focus is on Net Suite configuration, reporting, governance, troubleshooting, and effective use of out-of-the-box capabilities, with limited scripting and close partnership with internal and third‑party developers as needed.

• Serve as a senior subject‑matter expert for Net Suite across Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and related modules.
• Lead troubleshooting and triage of Net Suite issues, including configuration, data, process, integration, workflow, script, and document‑related problems.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend durable, scalable solutions rather than short‑term workarounds.
• Partner with team members to support releases, sandbox environments, testing cycles, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Suite Flow workflows and light Suite Script solutions; collaborate on more complex customizations delivered by internal or third‑party developers.
• Ensure Net Suite configuration and customizations align with internal controls, validation requirements, and audit readiness.

• Act as a trusted business partner to Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
• Elicit, document, and translate business requirements into scalable Net Suite configurations and solutions.
• Support prioritization, design, and delivery of a multi‑year Net Suite enhancement backlog.
• Collaborate with functional analysts, developers, and data partners to align Net Suite design with enterprise data and integration strategies.
• Challenge requirements when necessary to protect data integrity, controls, and long‑term platform health.
• Design, build, and maintain Net Suite saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards supporting operational and financial decision‑making.
• Establish Net Suite‑side reporting standards and definitions in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Support bulk data loads, data validation, and data cleanup activities within Net Suite.
• Work directly with business users to define and deliver Net Suite‑based reporting where appropriate.
