IT Manager | Mason, MI
Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with multiple companies in Mason seeking experienced IT Managers. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure and systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support manufacturing operations and business goals.
- Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations for production.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all manufacturing-related data and systems.
- Provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff on IT systems and applications.
- Manage IT vendor relationships and contracts specific to manufacturing software and hardware.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals supporting the plant.
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for manufacturing IT systems.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their application in manufacturing.
- Experience with industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT).
- Demonstrated project management skills for IT infrastructure and software implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with SCADA systems
- Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS)
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile)
