Systems Engineer II

Home Town Pharmacy is a privately owned chain of pharmacies across Michigan, Indiana and Ohio serving, retail, long term care,infusion and home health care supplies.

HTPprovidesservices to 26 retail locations, five closed door pharmacies,as well as one home infusion pharmacy.

We are seeking a Systems Engineer II to own and support the company’s IT infrastructure across all locations.

This is a non-managerial hands-on technicalengineeringroleresponsible for independently supporting,maintaining, and implementing infrastructure systemsforour healthcare operations. The ideal candidate is reliable anddemonstratesstrong attention to detail skills.

• Own and support key portions of enterprise infrastructure including servers, endpoints, and network systems
• Independently administer Microsoft 365, Entra , Intune, and Azure/AWS services
• Support andmaintainmulti-site network connectivity (VPN, firewalls, routing, site-to-site links)
• Lead implementation of infrastructure projects and changes
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and network issues
• Ensure system performance, uptime, and security standards are maintained
• Support integration of pharmacy and business systems
• Implement HIPAA-aligned security controls and operational procedure

• 3-8 + years of experience in systems, infrastructure, or network engineering roles
• Associate or bachelor'sdegree in IT or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra , Intune, and Azure (AWS exposure preferred)
• Solid understanding of networking (VPN,firewall configuration, routing, WAN/LAN)
  Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
