Senior Manager, CAS Professional Services

The Senior Manager, CAS Professional Services serves as a hybrid strategic enablement role supporting CAS practice transformation, technology enablement, coaching delivery, workshop facilitation, and the build and maintenance of the marketplace community across ’s CAS Professional Services initiatives. This role bridges advisory transformation, operational execution, and applied technology enablement to help firms modernize and scale Client Advisory Services (CAS) practices. The individual will support firm leadership through coaching, strategic facilitation, technology guidance, workshop delivery, and development of scalable enablement resources aligned with ’s CAS practice transformation framework.

The ideal candidate combines CAS operational experience with strong communication, facilitation, and technology acumen and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving advisory environment.

• Support CAS practice transformation engagements through coaching, facilitation, and implementation support aligned with ’s CAS practice transformation framework.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to help define CAS vision, mission, strategic priorities, and operating models.
• Guide firms on CAS leading practices through decisions including: service delivery, workflow optimization, client experience, packaging and pricing, talent alignment, and operational scalability.
• Assist firms in driving accountability and execution around strategic initiatives and transformation roadmaps.
• Serve as an advisor and mentor to firm leaders and emerging CAS professionals.

• Facilitate and support workshops, round tables, training sessions, webinars, and onsite firm engagements.
• Contribute to conference session curation and delivery of content.
• Assist in the development and refinement of workshop materials, coaching tools, templates, playbooks, and enablement content.
• Support delivery of leadership sessions focused on CAS growth, advisory development, change management, and technology adoption.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of ’s CAS curriculum, toolkits, and learning experiences.

• Act as a bridge between CAS strategy and practical technology adoption.
• Support technology vetting, evaluation, and alignment of CAS-focused solutions within firm technology stacks as defined by  Marketplace Community.
• Manage practitioner-centered engagement programs in  Marketplace Community, including:
  • Peer communities
  • Technology forums
  • Round tables
  • Working groups
  • Virtual and in-person events
  • Vendor/practitioner collaboration sessions
• Assist with demo environments and applied technology enablement efforts, particularly related to Sage Intacct and strategic partner ecosystems.
• Translate technology capabilities into practical advisory and operational use cases for firms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure CAS Professional Services offerings remain current, scalable, and aligned with market trends.
• Capture insights from firm engagements to inform future enablement resources and marketplace initiatives.
• Support long-term growth of  Marketplace Community.
• Manage community calendars, communication plans, workflows, and reporting.
• Track engagement analytics, participation trends, retention metrics, and community health indicators.
• Support budgeting, sponsorship coordination, and vendor participation models.

• Support development and execution of change management initiatives tied to CAS transformation programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and adaptability across firm engagements.
• Stay current on CAS industry trends, advisory services evolution, AI enablement, and emerging technologies impacting the profession.
• Maintain strong alignment with ’s strategic vision, partner initiatives, and CAS Professional Services goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in CAS, advisory services, accounting technology, or firm transformation initiatives.
• Experience working within a CAS practice or supporting CAS enablement strongly preferred.
• Extended knowledge with Sage Intacct and familiarity with other modern CAS technology ecosystems preferred.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, actionable guidance.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment with competing priorities.
• Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Hybrid work environment with four days in office and one day remote per week. The role involves regular collaboration with team members across multiple locations in a standard office setting.
