Seeking for a Senior Project Manager to support a high-priority, multi-year project. Work closely with technical teams and agency executives to deliver System Security Plans, Plan of Action and Milestones, and other key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Project Portfolio Management Tool (Clarity) for project schedules, resource assignments, and budget management.
• Prepare presentations for executives, managers, and project team members.
• Monitor, control, and communicate project progress, managing cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks.
• Lead and foster collaboration between technical and business teams.
• Develop and maintain key project deliverables using SUITE Project Management Methodology (PMM).
• Facilitate Change Management process and ensure adherence to SUITE PMM and System Engineering Methodology (SEM).
• Create and manage Corrective Action Plans for projects in yellow or red status.
• Review vendor contracts and manage vendor deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder interactions and ensure deliverable completion.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years in IT project management with a proven record for delivering projects on time and on budget.
• 5+ years using project portfolio management systems and tools like Clarity.
• 5+ years managing multi-vendor environments in government settings.
• 5+ years overseeing technical teams with system architecture and SaaS integration.
• Scrum Master Certified.
• Experience with System Security Plans (SSP) and Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM).

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
