Chargé D'études Techniques (H/F)

As a Technical Studies and Technical Support Technician for LED Lighting (H/F), you will be involved in technical support, pre-sales, and customer support in a sedentary position where the relational dimension and technical expertise are at the heart of the challenges. Your main duties will revolve around the following areas:

• Conducting personalized technical studies and custom quotes for LED lighting projects to precisely meet client expectations.
• Providing technical advice to clients and within sales teams to offer tailored solutions perfectly adapted to specific constraints and market technological evolutions.
• Offering remote technical support from the study of solutions to the commissioning of installations, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Actively following up on ongoing projects: reminders, technical adjustments, coordination with various internal teams to ensure continuity and quality of projects.
• Participating in technological monitoring and continuous improvement of offers to contribute to the competitiveness and innovation of the company.
• Handling analysis and processing of customer feedback (after-sales service).

No commercial objectives or sector management are assigned, allowing you to focus entirely on the excellence of technical support and study.

Skills and qualifications expected:

• Initial training: CAP, BP, or equivalent in electricity, electrotechnics, or similar; specialization in LED lighting would be a significant asset.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 3 years in technical pre-sales, design office, or client support, ideally in the lighting or electrical sector.
• Technical mastery:
  Solid understanding of electrical principles and reference standards (NF C 15-100, etc.), expertise in LED solutions. Ability to conduct technical studies, design quotes, and support project implementation.
• Personal qualities:
  Technical curiosity, strong relational skills, high listening ability, and pedagogy to explain complex solutions to different audiences. Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit are essential for success in this role.
• Languages:
  
  Fluent French is indispensable; technical English proficiency is appreciated.

Conditions offered:

• Sedentary position based in Saint Macaire en Mauges, 35 hours/week, flexible hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with colleague rotation for arrivals and departures.
