Location: Charlevoix
Harbor Ind. is seeking an Enterprise Admin I to deliver first-level IT support, diagnose user issues, and implement systems as directed by the CTO. You will track requests in the internal IT system and work closely with internal customers within Harbor.
The role provides guidance on project work, follows departmental policies, and offers opportunities to automate processes for greater efficiency. Travel to remote locations is expected about twice per year.
