Business Analyst

We are seeking 2 detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analysts to join our teams. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology by analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering data-driven insights and technical solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of systems, data analysis, and stakeholder communication. We are a hybrid work environment requiring 2-days on site weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and objectives.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Develop user stories, process flows, data models, and wireframes.
• Support testing activities by creating test plans, test cases, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or other software development methodologies.
• Experience with large scale complex data migration projects
• Proficiency in tools like Draw.io or Visio for documenting and improving business processes.
• Preference for Azure DevOPS experience for supporting requirements, project life cycle, and testing.
