The Charlevoix Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking an Enterprise Admin I to provide first level technical support, diagnose user issues, and assist the CTO with system implementations. The role uses our internal help desk system and follows established IT policies to organize workload and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities include setting up workstations, supporting software, assisting with ERP (IFS), and maintaining ChromeOS devices. Travel to Harbor facilities occurs about twice yearly.
