We are currently seeking a bright and organized Personal Lines Account Executive to join our tight‑knit team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for many of our valued clients, helping them protect what matters most. You'll handle everything from policy inquiries and renewals to advising on the best coverage options. Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
• Active Michigan Property & Casualty Producer License required.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, endorsements, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using agency management systems (AMS) and quoting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• A positive and client-focused attitude.

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients, including homeowners, auto, and umbrella policies.
• Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Advise clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to resolve policy issues and obtain competitive quotes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and changes in insurance regulations.
