Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Producer & CSR to drive new business growth while supporting and servicing our existing client base. This role combines sales production with customer service responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys both closing new business and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Quote, bind, and issue policies accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual production goals
- Customer Service (CSR)
- Provide ongoing service to existing clients, including policy changes, renewals, and coverage reviews
- Assist clients with questions regarding coverage, billing, and policy details
- Proactively identify retention opportunities and reduce policy cancellations
- Educate clients on coverage options and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required (or ability to obtain)
