- Build relationships with our current clients by providing expert support, education, and policy reviews.
- Proactively reach out to clients prior to renewal to discuss coverage, pricing, and any changes needed.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and help clients understand the value of additional products.
- Handle policy changes, billing questions, documentation, and follow-ups with ease and accuracy.
- Work with our carrier partners to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Be a part of a fun, supportive team that celebrates wins and supports one another.
- Assist with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy changes in the agency management system.
- A valid Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
- 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred. Preferred candidate will have independent insurance experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable using agency management systems and rating platforms.
- A team player with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
