Senior Client Manager – Construction

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of Property & Casualty clients
• Deliver tailored risk management and insurance solutions
• Serve as the primary client contact and provide strategic guidance
• Oversee service delivery and lead client strategy, including coverage design, renewals, and retention initiatives
• Assess client risk exposures and design appropriate insurance programs
• Market accounts to carriers, compile underwriting information, and negotiate terms
• Support day-to-day servicing, including endorsements, certificates, billing, and coverage inquiries
• Ensure client deliverables are accurate, timely, and compliant
• Prepare proposals, stewardship reports, and client communications
• Monitor service execution and proactively resolve issues
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Executives, and internal teams to support growth and retention
• Support new client onboarding and integration
• Maintain relationships with carrier partners and internal stakeholders
• Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Participate in special projects, initiatives, and process improvements
• Contribute to team training and development
• Identify workflow and service delivery improvements
• Stay current on industry trends, carrier appetites, and market conditions
• Promote best practices and operational excellence
• Drive client retention and satisfaction

• Property & Casualty License
• 5–10+ years of commercial lines experience
• Prior client management experience in Property & Casualty
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and execute effectively
• College degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
• Advanced industry designations or certifications (preferred)
• Experience in complex or large client environments (preferred)

Demonstrates expertise in managing Property & Casualty client portfolios, delivering tailored risk management solutions, and ensuring compliance and accuracy in service delivery. Strong relationship management and communication skills are essential for driving client retention and satisfaction.
