In this role, you’ll combine customer service and relationship‑building skills to help both existing and prospective clients with their insurance needs.

• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service
• Provide insurance quotes and help clients identify the right coverage options
• Round out accounts and identify opportunities to better protect clients
• Maintain accurate records and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Follow up consistently and communicate clearly with clients and carrier partners
• Support agency growth through referrals and relationship‑based conversations
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive office environment

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities effectively
  
  Comfortable learning new systems, software, and carrier platforms
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability and follow‑through
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
