Willingham Works is a nurse‑led, woman‑owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We support government agencies and public sector organizations by building dependable staffing pipelines for critical operations and support roles.
We are building our candidate poolWe are currently connecting with Dispatchers and Public Safety Support Professionals in Buckley, Washington and surrounding 10‑mile areas for future opportunities. This is not an immediate opening – we are building a pre‑screened candidate pool for future client and contract needs.

- Public Safety Dispatchers
- 911 Operators
- Communications Specialists
- Call Center & Coordination Professionals
- Dispatch, emergency response, or call center experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience handling high-volume calls
- Familiarity with CAD systems or public safety software is a plus
- Open to various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Focus on long‑term government and public sector partnerships
- Fast and transparent communication throughout the hiring process
- Experience‑focused screening, not just resumes
- WOSB‑certified company
Compensation varies depending on assignment type, location, shift, and experience.
