Dykema’s nationally recognized Financial Services Litigation Team is seeking a Staff Attorney in southeastern office. The position may be based in the firm’s Ann Arbor, Bloomfield Hills, or Detroit offices.
Key Responsibilities Include- 2+ years of consumer financial services litigation experience, including mortgage-related litigation
- Strong litigation skills (drafting pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, conducting discovery and depositions)
- Significant case development and management experience
- Working familiarity with both federal and state courts
- This role follows a hybrid in-office schedule, though fully remote arrangements may be considered after onboarding for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and reliability
- Requests for a reduced billable requirement may also be considered
- Admission to the Michigan Bar is required
