Delivery & Capacity Analyst (Korea)

You will work alongside Delivery & Capacity Management teammates in Busan and across Asia, partnering closely with Korea-based manufacturing partners and Nike's Global Sourcing, Supply Planning, Product Development, Materials, Engineering, and Logistics teams. This role reports to the Delivery & Capacity Director in Korea and plays a key part in driving delivery excellence.

We're looking for a sharp, proactive problem solver who thrives in complexity and moves with purpose. This person connects data to decisions, challenges assumptions, and influences outcomes across cultures and functions. They bring strong analytical depth and the ability to translate insights into action—balancing detail with big-picture thinking.

They navigate ambiguity with confidence, build trust across internal and external partners, and step into challenges early to prevent disruption. A strong communicator, they know how to simplify the complex, tell a compelling story with data, and rally teams toward solutions. Experience in manufacturing operations and production planning will give them an edge in accelerating impact.

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, trading, or consumer goods industries
  • Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, supply chain or related field.
  • Experience working with analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Access, or Power BI
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills in English and Korean

You will drive execution of Nike's supply plan across offshore factories—turning data into action to ensure product flows on time, every time. You'll anticipate risks, solve problems before they escalate, and help teams stay aligned against delivery commitments.

  • Analyze capacity utilization, source plans, and supply plans to optimize factory performance and delivery timelines
  • Partner with manufacturing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to anticipate and resolve supply risks during Purchase Order execution
  • Lead root cause analysis on performance gaps and translate findings into actionable improvements
  • Monitor and review output and on-time delivery metrics to drive continuous performance improvements
  • Collaborate with Global Sourcing, Supply Planning, Materials, Product Development, Engineering, and Logistics teams to align priorities
  • Build strong relationships with external manufacturing partners to ensure clarity, accountability, and execution excellence
  • Contribute to seasonal supply and capacity planning alongside regional and global teams
