As a Dispatch Operations Representative, you'll be responsible for keeping freight moving and customers informed every step of the way.

• Entering and managing load information in our proprietary transportation management system
• Tracking shipments and checking in with drivers to provide real-time updates
• Communicating with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure every load stays on schedule
• Proactively identifying delays and solving problems before they become bigger issues
• Maintaining accurate shipment documentation and load records
• Partnering with our Sales team to provide exceptional customer service
• Negotiating rates with carriers to secure reliable transportation
• Building relationships with carriers while sourcing additional capacity as needed

You don't have to know everything about logistics.

We're looking for people with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, logistics, operations, call center, or data entry
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP experience is a plus)
• A team-first mentality with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
