Essential Functions Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations Supervise the shipping and receiving personnel Manage Shipping operations to ensure customer delivery ratings are met including service deliveries Responsible for overall warehouse management and organization – including container management inside & outside of the building Work requires walking, talking, seeing, hearing, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, grasping, crouching, pushing, balancing, reaching, kneeling, and standing Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis Work requires working under high and low temperatures at certain times Manage warehousing operations, maintain FIFO and inventory accuracy, including coordination of external warehousing as required Manage Service operations to achieve Service delivery requirements Maintain the 5-S system in the warehouse and shipping office Assist others with shipping needs Ideal Candidate Profile :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Strong interpersonal skills along with a high level of strategic leadership abilities Strong analytical and advanced problem solving skills using structured methods Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures Must comply with all safety rules and regulations Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Must successfully complete all required training, including but not limited to: a.
