• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, or welding equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Electrical troubleshooting: ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues
• Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Leadership and supervisory experience is desirable
• Must possess a valid Driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Flexible hours with the ability to stay after scheduled shift or in emergency situations
• Physical ability: ability to lift heavy materials, work in various environments, and perform manual tasks
