CJCMR Residence Maintenance Technician Security Clearance

Position: #CJ24-1165 CMR Residence Maintenance Technician with Security Clearance
Location: Moscow

BASIC DUTIES:
Performs daily equipment/maintenance checkup: pipes, radiators, electrical panels, light fixtures, gas pipelines, bathroom equipment at the Residence premises; inspects condition of the exterior and interior walls. Performs minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing repairs; takes the readings of electricity supply meters, water meter, etc. Receives and delivers supplies; fuels up and cleans Residence vehicle; assists in monitoring contractors' work on the Residence grounds;

assists in loading/unloading trucks; performs other duties as requested by CMR Residence Manager. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
* Perform basic and uncomplicated maintenance and repair tasks including but not limited to: replacing light bulbs, hanging pictures, minor carpentry work, basic plumbing/toilet repair, small painting jobs, and replacing filters. Takes readings on utility meters and maintains a logbook for these readings. Perform periodic inspections of the facilities and reports maintenance and repair needs to the Residence Manager, for coordination with GSO.

Some judgment must be exercised in performing facility inspections and making repairs.
* Perform basic cleaning and policing of buildings and grounds. May be tasked to assist the housekeeping staff in performing general household cleaning tasks.
* Assist gardening staff as needed, including caring for indoor plants. Sweep outside steps and walks immediately adjacent to buildings and remove ice and snow in winter. Wash and clean vehicles as directed.
* Perform general labor duties as assigned, including moving furniture, equipment, and supplies. Assist with annual inventory of USG property.
* Act as security escort for local contractors performing work on the residence property.
* Assists in setting up for CMR events.
* Other duties as assigned by the Residence Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Completion of Secondary school.
* Twelve months of building trade/construction experience.
* Must have a valid driver's license, category

B.
* Top Secret clearance required.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen.
