Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Hotel Earl. This position is a year‑round opportunity for someone who is skilled in general maintenance tasks and light grounds maintenance and is dedicated to ensuring that our facilities are well‑maintained and in proper working order.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in general maintenance work.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and perform repairs efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Conduct routine inspections of the hotel's facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing repairs, and electrical repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and report completed tasks.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance needs are met in a timely manner.
