Commerical Cleaner

Here at Clean Team Inc. we strive to provide our Cleaning Associates with in-depth training, an employee reward program and opportunities for advancement. We currently have immediate part-time openings, 2 nights a week for Cleaning Associates throughout Bad Axe, MI.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at various client locations, ensuring all tasks are performed to established standards and in line with cleaning specifications.

• Arrive at client locations on time, perform cleaning services to established standards, and ensure the facility is locked and secured upon departure.
• Perform various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, buffing, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash cans, polishing woodwork, wiping down tables, scrubbing toilets, and washing windows.
• Check and restock all dispensers and paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, toilet seat covers) during each shift.
• Replace mop heads and vacuum bags as needed.
• Double‑check the quality of work performed to ensure high standards are met.
• Request and submit inventory supplies to the Area Supervisor/Area Manager when needed.
• Identify and report potential issues such as fraying carpet, wobbly tables, or running toilets either verbally or on the checklist.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures related to the performance of tasks, use of products or supplies, and incident reporting.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds for short periods of time.
• Must be 18 years or older, possess a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation.
