Clean Team Inc. is currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Evening Janitorial & Commercial Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team in Pinconning, MI. As an Evening Cleaning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high cleanliness standards for local commercial facilities. By executing a structured daily cleaning routine, you directly help build a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for business staff, clients, and guests.

• Sanitation & Hygiene: Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, kitchenettes, and shared common areas.

• Surface Care: Dust office surfaces, desks, countertops, light fixtures, blinds, and window ledges to maintain a professional appearance.

• Floor Maintenance: Sweep, damp mop, and vacuum carpeted areas, performing spot cleaning as needed.

• Waste Management: Empty all trash and recycling receptacles, replace liners, and properly transport waste to designated disposal areas.

• Inventory & Maintenance: Maintain organized supply closets, monitor cleaning product levels, and promptly report restocking needs to management.

• Safety Protocols: Follow all standard safety guidelines, including the safe and correct handling, mixing, and storage of cleaning chemicals.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Possess reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned local job sites.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work productively with minimal supervision.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout your shift.

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping is preferred, but not required-we provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
