The following position is available for the school year:

1st Shift Head Custodian Springview Elementary

SALARY: $24.36 per hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained school building.
Perform daily cleaning and custodial duties
Open and prepare the building for students and staff each school day.
Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff assigned to the building.
Monitor building conditions and report maintenance, safety, and security concerns.
Perform minor maintenance and repairs as appropriate.
Maintain custodial supplies, equipment, and storage areas.
Assist with building events, activities, and special projects.
Follow all district safety, security, and cleaning procedures.
Communicate effectively with the building principal, staff, students, and other district personnel.
Perform other duties as assigned.
