Cleaning Technician

As a Cleaning Technician at Cleaning Bee's, you will help deliver consistently high-quality cleaning services while representing the company’s mission, vision, values, and philosophy. You will support client satisfaction by following established cleaning methods, safety and security procedures, and company standards.

Success in this role means completing training requirements, arriving on time, working with a positive attitude, communicating clearly, and performing cleaning tasks with care, consistency, and respect for privacy and confidentiality.

• Learn and apply Cleaning Bees’ mission, vision, values, and philosophy in day-to-day work.
• Obtain a complete understanding and follow company cleaning methods, policies, and procedures.
• Follow safety and security procedures to protect customers, team members, and company property.
• Use supplies and equipment according to standard operating procedures, including proper maintenance and care.
• Maintain full understanding of company and customer privacy, non-solicit, and confidentiality policies.
• Read and interpret driving directions to client accounts and arrive promptly as scheduled.
• Listen to and follow all instructions from the Cleaning Technician Training Manager during training.
• Observe training demonstrations and practice the techniques taught during the training process.
• Complete required forms and documentation accurately, including understanding when and how to use them.
• Learn and apply all customer programs, scopes, and checklists necessary to perform the job.
• Attend and participate in company meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
• Communicate professionally and maintain a customer-service-oriented, positive attitude at all times.

  South Lion, Novi, Northville, Ann Arbor, Canton, Dexter & Livingston County.
• Open availability Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Valid Driver’s License and full-time access to a vehicle with minimum liability insurance.

• English literacy in both verbal and written form.
• Minimum 1-year job experience in a customer service related field.
• Ability and interest in learning all aspects of the role and following training instructions.
• Ability and interest in serving customers and delivering service that exceeds expectations.
• Must pass all pre-employment checks, including criminal background check, reference checks, and previous work history checks.
• Must complete and pass the company training program minimums (knowledge, efficiency, policy, and procedural portions).
• Maintain an excellent attendance record.
• Frequent physical demands: stand, walk, use hands, handle, feel, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and work at a moderate physical pace for assigned hours.
• Mobile phone with data for work needs.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
• Must be able to travel to Livingston County area.

• Compensation:
  Based upon experience.
