Location: Roberts Corner
Description
The Director of Community Engagement and Grants Management provide oversight of and operational direction to community-facing efforts in both:
Grants Management, including securing grant resources and associated reporting, and Community Engagement, including community health programming, community advocacy and education, health equity, leading events and communications and generating adoption in the communities we serve to improve health societal and individual health outcomes and well-being, and uniting community interest with the organizational services available.
*** INTERNAL POSITION***
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or five (5) years’ experience in a social work or clinical services program required.
- Experience in the emergency/acute setting required.
- Demonstrated experience in building and sustaining collaborative community partnerships required.
- Five (5) years’ experience in public/private grant management preferred.
- Five (5) years’ experience in project management is preferred.
