At Peppa Pig World of Play
, our Admissions Leads help support the team that creates the very first impression for every family who visits. This is a hands‑on, entry‑level leadership role where you’ll learn how to lead in a fun, fast‑paced environment — with support from experienced supervisors and managers every step of the way.
You’ll never be expected to figure things out alone. We work as a team, and our leaders are always there to support you.
Responsibilities- Help support the Admissions team during daily operations
- Keep lines moving and guest energy positive
- Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed
- Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands‑on experience
- Help train and motivate team members
- Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
- Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day
- A great first leadership role for someone ready to grow
- Learn valuable leadership and guest service experience
- Work alongside supportive supervisors and managers
- Build confidence leading a team in a real attraction environment
- No corporate office experience needed
- Are outgoing, positive, and confident talking to people
- Can stay calm in busy situations
- Enjoy helping and encouraging others
- Have experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions
- Want to grow into leadership
- Are available weekends + holidays
Previous leadership or training experience is helpful, but not required.
