Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, inventory levels, budgeting, and forecasting sales. Assesses economic trends and community needs to ensure sales and profit goals are achieved, implementing plans to correct deficiencies. Provides customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products and services, and maintaining a safe shopping environment.

Creates and processes customer requests and service orders in accordance with company policies and procedures, explains Auto Care Center and automotive products and services, and ensures technicians are trained and certified on service–related procedures. Stages customer vehicles and assists with workflow as needed. Maintains the Auto Care Center floor and service area by stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out‑of‑date goods, setting up displays, signing and pricing, securing fragile items, maintaining equipment, handling claims and returns, and ensuring environmental disposal (batteries, tires, oil) and OSHA compliance.

Coordinates job‑related activities, develops relationships with stakeholders, supports initiatives, identifies and communicates goals, builds accountability, and addresses improvement opportunities.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 – $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

• Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
• Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training.
• For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state‑specific requirements, a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
• Completion of all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

• Automotive certification from an Automotive Technical Institute.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Experience in automotive service or service industry related field.
• Supervisory experience.
• ASE Certification.
