Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain, from raw material acquisition to finished product delivery.
• Optimize inventory levels and warehouse operations to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve on-time delivery and reduce lead times.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and negotiate contracts.
• Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization within logistics.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Demonstrated ability to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Project management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
