Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Coopersville that are seeking skilled Training Manager / Coordinators. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for all levels of manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate external training providers and manage vendor relationships.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps across departments.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and job aids.
• Track and report on training effectiveness, participation, and completion rates.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with production goals.
• Ensure all training complies with safety regulations and industry standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
