Shift Supervisor (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities include conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees as part of daily operations, managing team leaders in your area (e.g., inbound or outbound) and facilitating shift/team meetings, close coordination with the Operations Manager, ensuring planned volumes, productivity, and relevant key performance indicators are met, scheduling employees, overseeing training and development, and supporting training initiatives while communicating training needs to training coordinators, monitoring the proper use of equipment, resolving operational issues, and conducting process checks and facility inspections.

Your profile ideally includes training in logistics or a comparable qualification, professional experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar field with relevant responsibilities, initial leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and a good command of German; additional language skills are helpful (e.g., English or Russian).
