Salary Range: $133,000 - $184,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Mason that are seeking General Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and business objectives.
• Manage departmental budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control operational costs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Drive process improvements and lean initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and supply chain to align production with market demands and product development.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated success in P&L management and driving financial performance
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems implementation or optimization
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly in languages relevant to global supply chains
