Industrial Excellence Manager
Within the Electronics division, you will join an industrial organization operating four production sites (France, Poland, Tunisia, Germany) in demanding and varied markets (automotive, industry, defense, home automation…).
This position is created to structure and deploy the industrial excellence strategy on a divisional scale, supporting the performance improvement of the sites.
In direct liaison with the Executive Manager of the division, board member, you play a central role in steering, structuring, and cross-functional animation, with a focused management on key functions of the industrial strategy.
Purpose of the Position
Define, deploy, and embody a coherent and high-performing industrial vision, combining operational excellence, standardization of standards, industrial strategy management, and animation of expert teams.
Your Missions
Operational Excellence & Factory Transformation
- Define and contribute to the implementation of industrial excellence standards (continuous improvement, visual management, human organization of production …)
- Pilot plans for improving industrial performance: quality, productivity, execution of the production plan.
Industrial Strategy
You carry the Electronics industrial strategy and exercise responsibility over the following areas:
- Industrial Footprint : definition of industrial locations, design and evolution of factory layouts…
- Equipment & Industrial Roadmap: management of the equipment and industrial investment perimeter, construction and deployment of the equipment roadmap,
- Process & Industrial Processes: supervision and structuring of process standards, management of the Process / processes perimeter.
Cross-Functional Animation & Coordination of Industrial Functions
- Animate and coordinate industrial expertise in a cross-functional manner,
- Harmonize industrial maturity levels between sites,
- Deploy common standards while integrating local specificities,
- Intervene directly in the factory to demonstrate, test, and adjust practices.
Supply Chain
- Contribute in a cross-functional manner to the definition and deployment of Supply Chain standards,
- Provide methodological support to sites on SCM processes,
- Participate in the structuring and management of corporate action plans.
Your Work Environment:
- You directly manage a close, cross-functional, and expert central team.
- You rely functionally on the expertise networks of the division to deploy your industrial strategy.
You work closely with:
- site directors,
- production and UAP managers,
- process and industrial teams,
- continuous improvement managers.

Essentials for This Position
- Significant experience in a demanding industrial environment (complex assembly, automotive or electronics ideally),
- Solid expertise in operational excellence and continuous improvement,
- Hands-on experience in the field (workshop management, shopfloor management),
- Mastery of visual management tools and performance improvement methods,
- Ability to deploy projects cross-functionally in multi-site organizations,
- Fluent English.

Qualifications:
- Engineering degree,
- Experience in sectors such as electronics, automotive, aerospace, or defense.
