Assistant Manager
:
Supports the Store Manager to ensure each Midas retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Responsible for enforcing policies and procedures, scheduling mechanics’ work, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety.

Service Manager
:
Assists customers with tire selections and recommends under‑car repair services. Directs workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians, stages vehicle repair/maintenance work, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, and ensures customer satisfaction.

• At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability:
  Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Mindset:
  Dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
