The OpportunityThe President will provide overall leadership for Noble Company, building upon a strong foundation while positioning the organization for continued growth and innovation. This executive will lead the development and execution of business strategy, drive sales and market expansion, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure operational excellence across the organization.
Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision, strong commercial leadership, and the ability to develop people while delivering measurable business results.
What You'll Do Drive Business Growth- Develop and execute aggressive growth strategies focused on revenue expansion and market penetration.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Strengthen customer relationships and elevate Noble Company's market presence.
- Provide strategic oversight of business operations and product development initiatives.
- Build a metrics-driven culture focused on accountability, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Align resources and priorities to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
- Evaluate business challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain exceptional talent.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results.
- Inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals while supporting professional growth.
- Lead with transparency, communication, and integrity.
- Guide long-range planning and business strategy.
- Partner with leadership to drive informed financial decision-making.
- Ensure accurate financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Provide executive-level insight to support Board and organizational objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
- 8-10+ years of progressive operational and sales leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success leading growth-oriented organizations within manufacturing, building products, plumbing, tile, or related industries.
- Proven ability to develop strategy and execute against business objectives.
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
- MBA.
- 10-15 years of experience within the building products industry.
- Plumbing industry experience highly desirable.
