Serve as President of the company with full P&L responsibility, business strategy, and operations, reporting to a Teamshares Industry Lead who supports a portfolio of 20 companies within the sector.

Drive Revenue Growth

Lead efforts to grow the business through marketing, outreach, and new product and account development, emphasizing D2C channel expansion.

Execute Operational Business Objectives

Handle HR responsibilities, including staff disputes, employee performance evaluations, job reviews, raises, and bonuses.

Build Relationships

Invest in the local Michigan community and build strong relationships with customers, vendors, supply chain partners, and mission‑aligned organizations.

Collaborate with Teamshares and fellow shareholders during the transition to employee ownership, coaching and partnering to instill an owner’s mindset that drives better business outcomes and fosters a positive, values‑aligned company culture.
