Position Requirements

Exhibit our Core Values
Be at least 21 years of age
Have knowledge of service and food and beverage (including alcohol sales), generally involving a minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a salaried manager in a full service, casual dining restaurant
The ability to set goals and the desire to achieve them
Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a staff
Effective problem-solving and mediation skills
Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing and motivating team members
Possess excellent basic math skills and a full working knowledge of the POS system
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Must have the stamina to work 10-12 hour shifts and up to 50 hours per week in 5 days.
