The Opportunity
We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Delta Township region seeking Project Managers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams from concept to completion.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes through project implementation.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years experience managing manufacturing projects from conception to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
