Job Title: Electrician – Industrial Maintenance

About the RoleWe are hiring on behalf of a leading manufacturing and building systems company for an Electrician – Industrial Maintenance. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining, repairing, and improving electrical and mechanical systems across a dynamic production environment. The position emphasizes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, control panels, and industrial machinery.
- Assemble, install, and dismantle production equipment, including pumps, conveyors, and motors.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and reliability checks to minimize downtime.
- Participate in safety programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and plant housekeeping.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to identify root causes and implement long‑term solutions.
- Ensure all electrical installations meet National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and company safety policies.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with PLC systems, industrial automation, and mechanical repair.
- Hands‑on experience with tools and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as required.
- Hourly Pay: $42.85/hour, with competitive pay and performance incentives
