We are currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented individual for the full-time Production Team Lead position in our Production Department at our Durand facility. As a Production Department member, you will directly impact product availability, order accuracy, and warehouse efficiency—ensuring our Shipping Department, PSPDC, FBA, and wholesale partners stay fully stocked and supported. Your primary responsibilities will include managing daily and weekly coverage schedules, assigning tasks, leading production operations, enforcing SOP and quality standards, training team members, and ensuring production goals are met.

The Production Team Lead oversees the daily operations of the warehouse production team, ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. This role works alongside the team to guide assembling, repackaging, mixing, and stocking activities while maintaining in-stock levels and supporting fulfillment teams during peak periods. The Team Lead creates coverage schedules, assigns tasks, monitors performance metrics, conducts quality checks, and implements process improvements to reduce cost per unit.

They also serve as the primary escalation point for people, process, product, and procedural concerns, ensuring scorecards are updated weekly and performance issues are addressed proactively.

• Planning and managing production coverage and daily task assignments
• Working alongside team members to ensure assembly, repackaging, mixing, and stocking are completed accurately
• Conducting quality checks and enforcing SOP compliance
• Monitoring production metrics and identifying process improvements
• Escalating wholesale order or supply chain concerns
• Supporting Quarterly Conversations and disciplinary actions as needed
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
