We are looking for a dedicated Digital Press Technician/CNC Set‑Up to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for printing and converting/finishing jobs on presses such as Zund, EFI UV Inkjet, and Colex. We are looking for a candidate who has strong communication skills, can multi‑task, is self‑motivated and can problem‑solve as well as be detail‑oriented. Computer skills are a must!

• Operate digital press machines, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on digital presses to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor print quality throughout the production process and make adjustments as needed.
• Manage print jobs from start to finish, including file preparation, color management, and finishing processes.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of printed materials.
• Maintain accurate records of print jobs, machine maintenance, and inventory levels.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in digital printing technology.

• Candidates with CNC set‑up experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in printing technology preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating digital printing equipment preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital printing processes, color management, and file preparation.
• Proficiency in using digital press software, Versa Works, Smart FTP, and Illustrator applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 40lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
