Extruder Operator – Night Shift

• Maintain material flow to the machine
• Maintain extruder conditions, housekeeping, and safety features
• Maintain material batch planning as provided
• Track and report daily production counts, safety concerns, and maintenance concerns to recycling manager
• Retrieve and move material to appropriate locations in the plant
• Effectively hand off operations to the next shift operator

• Work in a safe and effective manner
• Operate forklift/Hi Lo
• Understand machine functions and material flow
• Attention to detail
• Critical thinker
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to work 12‑hour night shifts

• 2+ years of experience in a hands‑on plastics manufacturing environment
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment screening and be authorized to work in the United States

• Consistent work schedule, 14 days a month
• $2.00 per hour Shift Premium
